APA Cables & Networks President, Cheri Beranek Podzimek, Honored Among Women Changemakers of the Year

MINNEAPOLIS, July 26 /PRNewswire/ -- APA Cables & Networks President, Cheri Beranek Podzimek, has been selected as one of the Women Changemakers of the Year by Minneapolis-based The Business Journal. The 25 Women Changemakers Award highlights those individuals who have led their companies to success through new strategies and bold ideas. Beranek Podzimek was chosen along with 24 other Minnesota business professionals.

Beranek Podzimek has led APA Cables & Networks through the merging of two distinct sales organizations after the acquisition of Americable, Inc., a relocation of the APACN corporate headquarters and a roller coaster ride in the telecommunications industry. Through it all Beranek has kept her work force motivated because of her belief in her employees, products and underlying theme that the company's goal is to serve the customer.
