BindView Introduces FISMA Compliance Capabilities to Help Government Agencies Secure IT Infrastructures and Meet OMB Audit Mandates
HOUSTON --(Business Wire)-- March 30, 2004 -- Helping U.S. government agencies to meet new federal compliance mandates and satisfy Office of Management & Budget (OMB) audits, BindView Corp. (Nasdaq:BVEW) today announced the release of BindView Report Packs for FISMA, a security and vulnerability management reporting solution to help government agencies comply with the Federal Information Security Act of 2002 (FISMA). FISMA places significant requirements on federal agencies for the defense-in-depth protection of their information systems.
