NetSuite, Inc. is announcing reseller wins in Europe, Middle East and Africa, signing up Drummond Media, LAB 44, Voiceware Comunicaciones, HCMG, Engelbrecht Consulting and Softype.
Experienced IT and software implementers all, the addition of these resellers in EMEA can be seen as a sign of the increasing adoption of on-demand applications in the region.
Developing “strong” relationships with partners is a key strategy to growing NetSuite’s business overseas, according to Dean Mansfield, Senior VP of International Sales.
When San Mateo-based NetSuite, Inc. launched NetSuite CRM+ back in May, they claimed it was “the first hosted Customer Relationship Management application that integrates order management, partner management, incentive management, and project tracking to give growing businesses a 360 degree view of all customer interactions.”
NetSuite Inc., a provider of on-demand business software suites is actually less expensive than some other options when measured out over five years, according to a recent total cost of ownership study by Boston-based industry watcher Yankee Group.
When compared to a combination of SalesLogix and MAS 90, both owned by Best Software, part of the Sage Group NetSuites’ Total Cost of Ownership was less than half the cost of Bests’ on-premise combination.
The study itself notes that on-demand solutions include implementation, maintenance, training, support and application management services delivered by the application vendor directly and may be augmented by a channel partner that provides integration and customization services and on-site hand-holding to enable a quick and productive ramp-up.
NetSuite officials attribute its all-in-one application design and on-demand delivery model for the majority of the significant cost savings uncovered in the study.
