dmbse: dmRelease takes the strain out of signature systems; Software developers launch new email support package

RDATE:19112007

dmbse, a software development company, has taken the strain out of
setting up an email signature system with the launch of dmRelease, a
new software package that transforms the humble email into a
cost-effective marketing tool.

dmRelease enhances an email's potential through a user-friendly program
that creates a unique email experience; it supports the management and
maintenance of customer relationships and also helps companies to
manage their communications stream by centrally controlling signatures,
disclaimers and banner adverts.

dmRelease runs on Microsoft Windows Server (2000 and up), and utilises
the .Net framework 2.0. Signatures are generated through a Windows
Service that allows signatures to be created automatically without
having to log on to the server. The system runs completely
independently of your email server.

Dale Reed, Director of dmbse, said: "dmRelease is a communications tool
that makes email work much harder and supports any business looking to
communicate more effectively with their existing and prospective
clients.

"Software packages, for setting up a signature system, can
traditionally be very laborious; our aim was to create a package that
was easy to install and simple to use whilst still offering a three in
one product that includes creating signatures, disclaimers and banner
adverts."

The application is easy to set-up and incorporates a step-by-step guide
for generating and uploading banner adverts, creating and controlling
signatures and disclaimers, and ensuring a consistent look and feel
across the whole business.

Once uploaded, banners, which can be set to rotate, can be assigned to
different groups and users - enabling bespoke messages to be created
for different audiences.

In addition dmRelease ensures that emails comply with recent
legislation, which stipulates that all emails should include the
company's registration number, place of registration and registered
office address.

dmbse, part of the dmbgroup, is a specialist in the development of
