Tranzeo receives additional purchase order from Aperto Networks

May 29, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Tranzeo Wireless Technologies, a Canada-based manufacturer of wireless broadband and WiMAX communication systems, has received a purchase order from US-based Aperto Networks to deliver Aperto-branded WiMAX subscriber units. The value of the purchase order to Tranzeo is $1.1million.

Tranzeo has said that it will be delivering Aperto-branded subscriber units operating at 3.65GHz for the US market, and 5.8GHz and 3GHz for international customers.

Brian Deutsch, president and CEO of Aperto Networks, said: "We have recently been awarded multiple projects here in the US and abroad. Once the initial installations are complete we can expect significant expansion of these networks that are a combination of Aperto's PacketMAX product and Tranzeo's product." http://www.datamonitor.com Republication or redistribution, including by framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without prior written consent.
