WAV(R) Distribution Partners with Vecima Networks Inc.

(TSX:VCM), a leading provider of equipment supporting broadband access to cable, wireless and telephony networks. The partnership will extend the VistaMAX(R), BWIN(TM) and WaveRider(R) product lines to WAV's VAR and Solution Provider customers.

By partnering with Vecima, WAV's resellers will gain access to a full line of WiMAX solutions including VistaMAX WiMAX Broadband Wireless - 3.65 GHz Products, Vecima's BWIN wireless system, and NON-LINE-OF-SIGHT (NLOS) broadband products developed by WaveRider.

As part of the distribution agreement, WAV will support their VARs and Solution Providers with extensive technical expertise, and has the capability to deliver a wide breadth of pre and post-sale services.
