Djezzy's subscriber market share will decline over the next 5 years Given the latest quarter numbers, our model predicts that Djezzy's subscriber market share will decrease from 52% in 2009 to 48.7% in 2014.

We forecast that market shares of Mobilis and Nedjma will be approximately 28.7% and 22.6% in 2014.

ARPU level will be stabilizing from 2010 to 2014 Our model predicts that the industry average monthly ARPU will remain in the range of US$ 7 - US$ 8 over the next five years.

We expect that, in 2014, monthly ARPUs at Djezzy, Mobilis, and Nedjma will be approximately US$ 10.30, US$ 3, and US$ 6.70 respectively.

EBITDA margins at Djezzy will remain strong over the next five years Djezzy is one of the most profitable operators in the world in terms of EBITDA margins. We expect that Djezzy will continue to enjoy EBITDA margins of above 50% over the forecast period.

According to our model, Djezzy's EBITDA margin (calculated as EBITDA/reported revenue) will be approximately 55.3% in 2014. In comparison, we expect that Nedjma's EBITDA margin will be about 30%.
