Maroc Telecom will lose subscriber market share to Mditel and Wana over the next five years - Maroc Telecom will maintain its position as the biggest mobile operator in Morocco over the next several years. However, we expect that Maroc Telecom will be losing its market share to Mditel and Wana over the forecast period. Our model predicts that Maroc Telecom's subscriber market share will decline from 57% in 2009 to 50.8% in 2014.

- In contrast, we expect that Mditel's subscriber market share will increase to 37.5% in 2014 and Wana's market share will increase to 11.6% in 2014.

Maroc Telecom will continue to receive higher ARPUs than Mditel - Maroc Telecom will continue to lead Morocco in ARPUs, but our model predicts that its monthly ARPU will still decline from MAD 95 in 2009 to MAD 90 in 2014.

- On the other hand, we forecast that Mditel's monthly ARPU level will remain in the range of MAD 50 - MAD 53 over the forecast period, 2010 - 2014.

EBITDA margins to deteriorate at Maroc Telecom over the next several years - Our model predicts that Maroc Telecom's EBITDA margin (calculated as EBITDA/reported revenue) will decrease from 64% in 2009 to approximately 59% in 2014.

- In comparison, we expect that Mditel's EBITDA margin will remain at approximately 40% over the next five years.
