Skyview announces Dutch 3ple-Media takeover(M&A Navigator Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) US investor Skyview Capital LLC said yesterday it had purchased Dutch multimedia research and development company 3ple-Media BV, via its portfolio firm NewNet Communication Technologies LLC. No financial details were given. 3ple-Media is active in the provision of multimedia messaging offerings to wireless carriers globally. The takeover of the company and its Mercury platform is a "significant milestone" in the product development of NewNet, Skyview said in a press release. It will also boost the presence of NewNet as telecommunication solutions company, Alex Soltani, chief executive of Skyview, said. The deal became effective as of 29 September.
