Cincinnati Bell Launches Online Peer-to-Peer Support Forum
CINCINNATI --(Business Wire)--
Cincinnati Bell (News - Alert), Inc. (NYSE:CBB) announced today the launch of a new
online customer support forum at Community.CincinnatiBell.com.
This online forum is a peer-to-peer support channel for customers and
other users to ask questions and share information about Cincinnati Bell.
Cincinnati Bell launched the Cincinnati Bell Online Community Forum
using Lithium Technologies (News - Alert) as a service to its customers to help them
exchange ideas, tips and techniques related to Cincinnati Bell's
products and services. It's a source for customer help in selecting,

effectively, while getting feedback and advice from other customers and
