API Technologies wins USD1.2m order in the UK for secure communications equipmentOct 27, 2011 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- API Technologies Corp (NASDAQ:ATNY), a provider of electronic systems, subsystems, RF and secure solutions for defence, aerospace and commercial applications, said on Wednesday that it has received an order worth USD1.2m to supply secure communications equipment for the UK Ministry of Defence. The order was won by Secure Systems & Technologies Ltd (SST), the UK division of API's Secure Systems and Information Assurance group, and is part of an ongoing programme to provide solutions for both fixed and mobile environments.
