Quadrant Software Appoints John Clark as Vice President of Engineering

Quadrant Software, LLC, the leader in document output management (DOM), today announced the appointment of John Clark to the position of Vice President of Engineering. Clark brings to his new role more than 20 years of experience in information technology, application development, systems management, business and consumer ecommerce, logistics and ERP environments. As part of the newly formed management team, Clark will be responsible for engineering and will be able to exercise his significant expertise in leading technical organizations.

Prior to Quadran Software, Clark was director of application architecture at Orchard Brands, a $1.1 billion leader in multi-channel marketing, and held the Director of Technology position at REZ-1, Inc. He also founded and operated a software consulting business, First Option, Inc., for more than 10 years and has extensive experience in software design and development for truck and rail logistics applications.

Reporting to the CEO, Clark will have overall responsibility for Quadrant Software's long-range technology and engineering development programs.
