OPSWAT acquires Napera NetworksFeb 27, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- OPSWAT, Inc., a provider of software manageability and security solutions, has completed the acquisition of Napera Networks, Inc., a developer of cloud-based network monitoring solutions.
