Mount Knowledge Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: MKHD) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Civergy, Inc., a national leader in clean energy, smart grid technologies, and cybersecurity.

Simultaneously with the closing of the transaction, Civergy, Inc. has changed its name to Cybergy Partners, Inc.

The company announced today that it has changed its name to Cybergy Partners, Inc., a reflection of its continued focus on providing products and services to build and protect the nation's critical information and energy infrastructure.

Cybergy generated more than $35 million in revenue in 2013 and is a national leader in clean energy, smart grid technologies, and cybersecurity products supporting clients including U.S. Federal Government agencies, State, local and Tribal government, and commercial clients. For the past 18 years, the Cybergy group of companies has led advanced transportation research, strategic program development and implementation, environmental analysis, IT computer support services, grants management, and engineering under contracts with the U.S. Department of Energy and Department of Defense, among dozens of other clients.
