DCT Telecom Group Expands Customer Support Team

Joining DCT are:

Molly Fratalonie joins DCT as Project Manager.  In this key role Ms. Fratalonie will be responsible for executing DCT's systematic project management approach to ensure seamless, successful implementations for all customers.  She will work closely with our in-house engineering team to facilitate the proper configuration, testing and activation of DCT's customized solutions, will deliver comprehensive training, and provide on-going end-user technical support.  Ms. Fratalonie has over 12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in implementing complex voice and call center systems in multi-site environments. Her industry knowledge and strong attention to detail are integral to fulfilling the exceptional service DCT strives to provide all customers. Ms. Fratalonie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cleveland State University.

Stefani Zurn joins DCT as Project Coordinator.  As Project Coordinator Ms. Zurn will facilitate the installation of customized DCT cloud, data and VoIP solution.  Working closely with external and internal resources she will be responsible for systematically executing all stages of the implementation process including order entry, testing, activation and post-installation support.  Ms. Zurn has five years of progressive operations experience, performing a variety of functions including accounting, staffing and marketing.  Her results-oriented, customer-centric approach enables her to collaborate effectively with both customers and vendors to ensure a successful, seamless implementation experience.  Ms. Zurn earned a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University.



Elizabeth Davison and Katie Jones join DCT as Customer Service Specialists.  As members of DCT's highly regarded customer support team, they are our customer's first line of contact for service, billing and technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Through their customer-centric, solution-oriented approach, they are essential to facilitating DCT's mission of providing our customers top tier local support. Both Ms. Davison and Ms. Jones have extensive customer service and proactive account management experience, enabling them to work effectively with customers to resolve inquiries quickly and thoroughly.  Ms. Davison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cleveland State University.  Ms. Jones holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University.
