Video Guidance Again Named "Best Places to Work"

For the fourth year, The Business Journal has named Twin (News - Alert) Cities-based Video Guidance among the "Best Places to Work." The distinction salutes Twin Cities companies that continue to make an impact and create a benchmark of excellence for others to follow. The recognition is particularly sweet for Video Guidance because it has recently merged with London-based BCS Global, which brought together two highly regarded leaders in visual communications.

"This award speaks to the seamless transition that followed our global merger," said Michael Werch, Video Guidance president, North America. "Being named among the 'Best Places to Work' is a tribute to our employees and the values they share."

One reason for Video Guidance's success is the company places trust, integrity and respect above all.

"We have always been proud of our strong team-based culture. We strive to hire people with strong character, who take tremendous pride in their work, who truly care about their customers and relationships, and are fired up about the industry's technology," said Werch. "Our workplace is also cmplemented with heavy doses of fun and team building, which help to motivate them individually and collectively. This strategy has resulted in record sales and profits year over year. We are proud of our reputation, and as a result, most of Video Guidance's employees seek us."

Video Guidance is a market-leading, independent provider of strategic visual communications, offering video conferencing, telepresence and audio visual technologies and services. The company helps customers transform their organizations and exceed their business goals by providing advanced visual communications technology and managed applications, supported by exemplary service.

The company's recent merger created a formidable, cloud-based global enterprise that links BCS Global's capabilities in Europe, Canada and Asia with Video Guidance's in North America. Video Guidance became a wholly owned subsidiary of BCS and retains the respected Video Guidance name and brand in the U.S.

For six consecutive years, Video Guidance has been named to the "Inc. 5,000" list of the nation's fastest growing private companies; one of the top privately held companies in Minnesota; one of the top 150 telecommunications companies in the nation; and one of the "50 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies" in the Twin Cities by The Business Journal.
