The event will host 50 new products and services, 20 diverse speaker sessions on two separate stages, 50 telecom operators participating, with more than 2,000 pre-arranged private meetings. Speakers confirmed for TC3 include senior executives from Sprint, Verizon, Nokia, Rogers, BT, Telenor, Orange, Telefonica, Swisscom, Telecom Italia, TeliaSonera, Deutsche Telekom, Telstra, Soft Bank, GSMA, CableLabs and much more.

The Telecom Council of Silicon Valley is where telecom meets innovation. Through its numerous events during the year, the Telecom Council connects prestigious companies who are building communication networks with creators, inventors, visionaries by putting companies, research, ideas, capital, and human expertise across the globe together in one room. Last year, in total the Telecom Council connected over 2,000 executives from 750 telecom companies and 60 fixed and wireless carriers worldwide across 40 different industry topics.

Individuals and companies attending TC3 2015 can look forward to:

  • Carriers in the spotlight: Get your hands on innovation roadmaps from over 30 global carriers
Carriers around the world bringattention to their focused areas of development – to market their innovation activities throughout the ecosystem, to attract the entrepreneurs and developers they need, and to promote innovation inside and outside their labs. For nimble companies this is an ideal venue to learn the carrier's roadmaps, innovation needs, gap analysis, and where you can fit your company into their plans in order to facilitate faster deal making.
  • Startup Rapid Fire Pitches and demos: Where the latest technologies for global networks are demoed

12 early stage startups will be selected to pitch their solution on the main stage to a panel of global carriers or telecom investors. Six will be focused on getting their solution into carriers, and six will be actively engaged in the fundraising process. For a young telecom-focused company, there is no better stage to be on, and no better audience to pitch.
  • Innovation discussions: Join discussions with the right executives
The TC3 Demo Pavilion and meeting matchmaker platform are where the rubber meets the road. With over a thousand pre-arranged private meetings expected to take place at this year's event, there is no better venue for connecting startups with telecom executives and bridging relationships within the telecommunications ecosystem.
  • Spotlight Stage: The Spotlight Stage offers an exclusive platform for participants and sponsors to discuss and discover interesting new technologies. With speakers lined up throughout both days of the TC3 Summit, attendees will have no shortage of dazzling, network-ready innovations and solutions to evaluate.
  • SPIFFY Awards 2015: Most promising fixed and wireless startups from the past year
The SPIFFY Awards is an annual ceremony that recognizes the best telecom startups of the past year. Since TC3 2014, the Service Provider Forum (SPIF) and the wider Telecom Council will have reviewed over 200 young telecom companies. By simply being nominated for a SPIFFY, startups are recognized as the most elite in the industry with ideas, relevance, and traction that appeal most to global service providers. At the SPIFFYs, telcos honor the best of the best. Award categories include innovation, creativity, emergent entrepreneurship and competitive excellence.

"Telcos are more willing than ever to work with new ideas and young companies, and subscribers worldwide stand to benefit," said Liz Kerton, president of the Telecom Council of Silicon Valley. "TC3 brings together the entire telecom ecosystem to showcase and discuss real solutions and carrier needs that will have a lasting global impact. Attending TC3 and joining the Telecom Council are a must for telecom companies that are looking to stay ahead of what's happening in the industry and bring innovative new products and services to market."
