Jim will lead NRTC's (News - Alert) extensive work with telephone and electric members to build fiber and wireless broadband networks. The Broadband Solutions division works closely with its members in all phases of broadban deployment, including business planning, design, engineering, procurement, deployment, and operations. NRTC has performed over 175 feasibility studies and helped members deploy nearly $1.5 billion in capital for more than 25 separate rural projects nationwide.

Jim's experience includes four years as chief operating officer of LICT, as well as senior leadership roles at fixed wireless provider Airband Inc., and in the VoIP and telecom services assurance businesses at IBBS (News - Alert) (now Momentum Telecom).

"Jim's past experience and our needs are a great match," said Tim Bryan, NRTC's CEO. "As we look to 2020 with our extensive schedule of broadband projects, we are pleased to add an executive like Jim to complement our existing outstanding team focused on Broadband Solutions. I also want to take this moment to thank Eric for his hard work and dedication over the past decade to put Pulse and NRTC in the forefront of serving rural members with broadband."

DaBramo added, "I'm pleased to be joining NRTC at this critical time, and I am certain my past experiences can be used to benefit NRTC's members. I look forward to continuing my work on broadband in rural America, and I'm eager to engage with NRTC's telephone and electric members."
