Terry Bradwell is a 10 year veteran of AARP, now serving as Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer, focusing on innovation, technology and business strategy. In this role, Bradwell, a visionary, is "running IT as a business" - fundamentally transforming the IT organization from being a "cost center" to a "value center." He leverages technology to drive business optimization, enabling high performance from the workforce.

Bradwell has held a number of senior leadership positions and has more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in information technology development, delivery and management. Prior to joining AARP, he worked as a Principle for IBM’s Media and Entertainment practice, with a primary focus of turning around troubled IT projects & corporate change management initiatives.
