Motorola Welcomes Three New Additions to the RAZR Family

Although the name “RAZR” may bring back memories of 2006 for many mobile users, Motorola has completely rebranded the name and shown that it is a tough competitor in the 2012 smartphone market, a far cry from the original “RAZR” and “SLVR” phones that debuted six years ago.

They have unveiled three new additions to the RAZR family of Android-based phones.

Motorola’s new phones are:

  • The RAZR M, which features a full screen that has a larger keyboard, customization options and tutorials, and a long-lasting battery.
  • The DROID RAZR MAXX HD, which offers an unheard-of 32 hours of performance. Although its primary selling feature is its long-lasting battery, it also has all of the features of the RAZR HD.
  • The RAZR HD, which features high-definition, a compact style, clarity that rivals that of HDTVs, and a long-lasting battery. The display on this phone will, undoubtedly, please users, with 85 percent more color saturation than that of competitors and 50 percent more pixels per inch than their competitors.

Each phone that has been added to the RAZR offerings caters to the unique needs of various types of mobile users, whether they are looking for a long-lasting battery that will see them through hours of use, a sleek design or phenomenal definition.

Each style features “the best of Google,” according to a recent statement: Google Play, Google Maps, Chrome, Google +, YouTube, Voice Actions for Android, and Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, which is upgradable to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

These new phones may bear the name “RAZR,” but the only thing they have in common with the RAZR that was all the rage in 2006 is that they are trendsetters and innovators.

Just like the RAZR was a must-have in its first incarnation, these new incarnations will certainly become the must-have for the 2012 Christmas season.
