A smartphone is more than a mere device to stay connected to your loved ones. It’s more of an extension of the owners’ personality – a very personal way of staying connected to the world.
To this end, Windows Phone 8 smartphones such as the new Samsung ATIV Odyssey now are making it all the easier for their owners to customize their smartphones. They now have start screens to match any personality.
Users can add resizable Live Tiles and change the color of the interface to reflect their own mood or style.
Soon to be launched, ATIV Odyssey, the third Windows Phone 8 smartphone in the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE lineup, includes new exciting apps to further personalize and customize the user’s mobile experience.
Users can stay up to date on all important information with one program. The new app will provide easy access to information on weather, news, stocks and more.
The new Samsung ATIV Odyssey offers a lot to shutterbugs as they can use both the 5-megapixel camera and built-in Photo Editor App. This function will help them apply filters, frames and stickers, in addition to the regular resizing, rotating and cropping photos features.
Once a picture has been edited and saved, users will be able to post to social media sites or share it with friends easily over 4G LTE.
There is also a Mini Diary app for users interested in keeping daily journals. Private bloggers can now keep a record of their daily activities with ease. Diary entries may also include location, pictures, drawings and audio.
In addition, entries and memorable times entered in the Mini Diary can be instantly shared with friends the world over, on Facebook and Picasa.
With numerous options to add personality to your smartphone, the global-ready Samsung ATIV Odyssey, with a 1.5-GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 processor, is an interesting offering. It boasts 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal flash storage, a removable 2,100mAh battery with a 4-inch WVGA Super AMOLED panel and a microSD card slot.
The new product will be available in a matter of weeks, and is currently on display at CES 2013 at the Verizon Wireless booth #31400 in the Las Vegas Convention Center’s South Hall.
