High-speed Rural Internet Infrastructure for Ontario

A downside of technology is that it causes lop-sided development, with urban areas enjoying better growth and infrastructure when compared to rural areas. This downside is set to change in Ontario, Canada due to a partnership between Silo Wireless and Tazca Connects.

Both these companies have come together to provide 4G LTE Rural Wireless Network in the rural counties of Ontario to help individuals, schools, and businesses living in remote parts of this province  connect with the rest of the world. The best part about this service is that it is affordably priced for customers living in these rural areas. Prior to this initiative, many tech companies were reluctant to deploy rural infrastructure because of the exorbitant costs associated with it. However, Silo Networks has overcome this barrier by partnering with Tazca Connects, a company known for its affordable broadband services.

Tazca offers 4G LTE broadband on a demand basis and as a service, so broadband companies can deploy broadband without spending a ton of money on hardware and infrastructure. In fact, Tazca has one of the lowest CAPEX and OPEX in the industry, thereby making it a good option for broadband providers. At the same time, there is no compromise on the speeds as Tazca Connects offers speeds of up to 450Mbps with a capacity of 200 to 2000 simultaneous users. While this user capacity may seem low for major cities, it is sufficient for most rural communities. Furthermore, Tazca offers a pay-as-you-go model that is economically pragmatic for its customers.

Due to these features, Silo Wireless chose Tazca as its partner for rural broadband services. With this service, Silo has further cemented its position as one of the leading broadband providers in the province of Ontario. Perhaps, the biggest beneficiary of this partnership is the rural customers, who can now enjoy high-speed Internet at a low price.
