Blackberry Announces a Slew of Enterprise Solutions to Sprint Customers

The Mobile World Congress is underway in Barcelona, and Blackberry has taken advantage of this event to announce it is bringing a slew of enterprise solutions to Sprint customers.

“Our agreement with BlackBerry brings an advanced, secure product portfolio to our enterprise customers to help them increase productivity in their organizations while remaining secure,” said Wayne Ward, Vice President, Product & Business Development at Sprint. “It’s a priority for us to make our enterprise product and services portfolio more robust, and to make value-added service options available to our customers. BlackBerry helps us achieve this goal.”

Blackberry’s newest solutions include: BES12, BlackBerry Blend, BBM meetings and BBM protected.

BES12, a cross platform EMM solution created by Blackberry, assists in managing devices that are used for personal and work experiences. It combines enterprise security, productivity and communication into one program that helps each sector of your life exist on one platform. The BeS12 is supported by Blackberry 10, Blackberry OS, iOS, Windows Phone and Android. It provides advanced encryption and application wrapping in Blackberry’s global network infrastructure.

Blackberry is offering a variety of other enterprise solutions along with BES12. Blackberry Blend allows users to access their work and personal information from their Blackberry smartphone, desktop or tablet. It works across multiple operating solutions and allows for instant message notifications for a more productive employee. Blend effectively manages information movement, revolutionizing IT administration. BBM meetings are an additional feature, it allows for meetings of up to 25 people. BBM protected provides encrypted messaging for those chatting on Blackberry, iPhone or android.
