Time2Budget Your Time

It assists the user in making every moment count, and ensures that they really think about how they spend their daily time.

The app allows the user to create categories of how they would like to spend their time such as work, reading, writing and other categories. Then the application allows the user to enter different tasks within each category made. The user then sets the budgeted amount of time that they would like to spend doing each task.

The user can also enter a record of the amount of time that they actually spent doing each task and the date that they completed the task all by “clocking in.” When the user clocks in the amount of time of each task, the number gets subtracted from the total number of allotted hours in that week.

Besides sending the user notifications, the Time2Budget app has the ability to archive past budgets so that the user can compare the week before to the present week in order to decipher what categories to change, how much budgeted time to change or what tasks to change. By archiving the budget, the user can look at the budget history and make alterations from there.

The app’s functionality and setup is easy to understand and making edits to categories or any other aspect of the app is not troublesome. The app allows the user to prioritize each task by simply moving its place higher or lower within the app’s main page.

The app compatibility requires iOS 9.0 or later. It is also compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
