MediaTile Announces Availability of Its 'Human Kiosk' Solution on the Verizon 4G LTE Network

MediaTile, provider of 3G and 4G cloud-based digital signage solutions, has announced the availability of its HumanKiosk Solution, based on the MediaCast Video Presence system, on the Verizon 4G LTE network, purportedly the nation's fastest and most reliable 4G network. The company's HumanKiosk solution which has been designed to integrate interactive digital signage solutions from MediaTile with on-demand, virtual experts, as well as face-to-face interaction capabilities will effectively optimize in-field customer service within both point-of-sale and point-of-service areas.

By integrating its HumanKiosk solution with the 4G LTE network from Verizon, MediaTile has successfully created a solution that uses only a power source on site to support face-to-face video conversations that are both secure and high-definition. Leveraging the solution, customers can improve their consumer brand interaction and customer service offering in addition to being able to optimize their messages for both control and accuracy over the Verizon 4G LTE network without employing dedicated on-site staffing.

In a release, Brian Higgins, vice president, Network Technology at Verizon Wireless, said, "By combining the advantages of the HumanKiosk with the power and speed of Verizon's 4G LTE network, in-field marketing, and customer service can be changed dramatically. Our 4G LTE network helps businesses bring knowledgeable sales and support personnel to customers, at previously unheard of economics."

The HumanKiosk Solution allows and supports consumer interaction in a variety of ways. The solution directs the attention of smartphone users to scheduled and precise media and effectively engages via touch-based interactive digital promotions powered by the MediaCast Video Presence solution. Consumers are only required to touch an on-screen button and the solution immediately creates for the customers a two-way, secure and high-definition, face-to-face conversation with on-demand remote expert agents. The expert agents are matched based on the consumer's selection of product or features and services or language preference.
