'MVNO to launch on Sky Link network'

(DMeurope Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Russian start-up Rostelcom plans to launch MVNO services using the network of mobile operator Sky Link. Rostelcom has already received all necessary permits for MVNO activities, reports RBC Daily. The mobile services will be launched under a new brand which hasn't been announced yet. Rostelcom is also negotiating with other mobile operators on a possible cooperation. The company was started by Viktor Kaledin, the founder of Zebra Telecom. He said the company is also looking to launch IPTV services for mobile users.
