'Synterra launches Wimax network in Tolyatti'

Russian operator Synterra, in partnership with regional alternative
operator Letkon, has launched a Wimax network in Tolyatti. The network
in the Podstepki suburb of Tolyatti is part of Synterr'as programme of
Wimax mini-networks across the country. Letkom will provide broadband
services using the infrastructure from Synterra. The network operates
in the 2.5-2.7 GHz band.
