SRI LANKAN TELCO DIALOG'S FIXED ACCESS LINKS THROUGH SINGER

COLOMBO, Jun 09, 2009 (AsiaPulse via COMTEX) -- Sri Lanka's Dialog Telekom said its fixed access phones and broadband services are now sold though the network of Singer, a consumer electronics retailer.

Dialog Broadband Networks said it has expanded its reach across the country and also covers the north and the east of the island.

"Our partnership will enable us to forge new levels of customer satisfaction and convenience by making our products and services available at all 350 Singer outlets island-wide," Suren Goonewardene, chief operating officer of Dialog Fixed Telephony and Broadband Services said in a statement.

Singer outlets will offer CDMA (code-division-multiple-access) phones, pre-paid cards and broadband connections.

Dialog says it had started a new post page package called 'Dialog Mega Blaster' which gives 1,800 free outgoing minutes within the network with per second billing.
