Svefastigheter AB and HGR Property Partners Oy establish JV to invest in Finnish property projects


(Nordic Business Report Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Swedish property investor Svefastigheter AB said on Friday (31 August) that it has established a joint venture with the Finnish real estate company HGR Property Partners Oy.

The new company, Sveafastigheter-HGR Investments Oy, will focus on investing in larger development projects in Finland. The company has already made its first investment, acquiring KOy Herttokaari from OKO Bank Plc for EUR7.3m.

Sveafastigheter, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, is a private equity firm managing property portfolios valued at over SEK6.5bn through two funds. The company focuses on the property markets in Sweden, Finland and the other Baltic rim countries.



One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.47 euros (EUR). One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.84 Swedish kronor (SEK).
