Taqua to Demo Wi-Fi Calling Solution at SCTE Cable-Tec Expo '14DENVER --(Business Wire)-- Taqua (News - Alert) LLC will be demonstrating its end-to-end, standards-based VoWiFi solution designed to enable wireless carriers, MSOs and MVNOs to deliver high quality voice and messaging services over Wi-Fi networks, commonly referred to as Wi-Fi calling or Wi-Fi First. Utilizing Taqua's Virtual Mobile Core and Mobile Client mobile operators and broadband providers can quickly deploy a Wi-Fi Calling service today, with or without an IP Multimedia Subsystem (News - Alert) (IMS). This end-to-end solution allows subscribers to make and receive calls and messages using any Wi-Fi network with exactly the same experience they have on a cellular network.
