ZTE to Launch 4G Smartphones in Hong KongHONG KONG, Aug 22, 2012 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- ZTE Corporation (SZSE: 000063, SEHK: 0763) is said to launch its first 4G mobile phones through China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (CMHK). The company is striving to double its smartphone sales in 2012, according to foreign media today. CMHK spokesperson Cynthia Chan stated that ZTE would announce its marketing plan for Grand X LTE (T82) smartphones through CMHK next week at the earliest. Grand X LTE (T82) will adopt Qualcomm MSM8960 chip and runs Google Android 4.0 operating system. The smartphone has a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and an 8 million-pixel main camera.
