BRIEF: Teen's dispute over cell phone bill leads to alleged arsonJun 24, 2009 (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- A 17-year-old man is under arrest Wednesday in connection with an arson fire police say he started in a dispute over a cell phone bill. Milwaukee police said the suspect owed money to O Wireless, 5108 W. Center St. A witness saw him lighting something outside the business about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday. The suspect ran after throwing what police called an incendiary device through the glass door of the business. The fire caused an estimated $1,000 in damage.
