M2M WiFi WiMAX Android Embedded Wireless Portfolio Extended by WhizNets

WhizNets Inc., providers of highly embedded wireless solutions, revealed the inclusion of pre-integrated solutions for Samsung Mini2440, NXP mbed, TI Zoom2 and TI OMAP Beagle board, as part of expanding its wireless development platform portfolio. The ready to go WiMAX (News - Alert) and Wireless LAN solutions are available for Linux, Android, RTOS and low footprint SuperLoop over a host of interfaces: SPI, SDIO, USB.

WhizNets Wireless LAN and WiMAX solution is simple to integrate, provides shorter product development cycle and also eliminates the need of having prior wireless experience. All applications, irrespective of whether fresh or already existing, can be rapidly made wireless enabled using this pre integrated simple software interface.

WhizNets also offers Starter Kit packages for rapid prototyping and evaluation of WiMAX and Wireless LAN. Besides the direct engineering support offered by a starter kit, it also includes SDK, Sample Wireless application and Development Kits for product creation. Illustration modules and comprehensive hardware reference design and documentation are also provided by WiFi (News - Alert) starter kits.
