4G/WiMAX Device Support for Nexaira's Business Class II and SOHO Routers Expanded

Nexaira Wireless Inc., a developer of 3G and 4G firmware and hardware routing solutions, has announced WiMAX (News - Alert) support for its Business Class II or BCII and SOHO Router.
 
Nexaira’s BCII and SOHO routers now will be able to support WiMAX, 3G including EVDO, GPRS, HSPA+, or a combination of both in the same hardware form factor. Shipping of these routers will begin on July 1, 2010. 4G/WiMAX networks such as the Clear and Sprint (News - Alert) 4G/WiMAX networks will also be supported by these products. Seamless switching between 3G and WiMAX will also be possible with these products.
 
In a release, Rusty Wright who is the Vice President of Product Development at Nexaira said, “As WiMAX continues to deploy across North America, our customers want the versatility to utilize WiMAX networks to benefit from the increased speeds that WiMAX offers. At the same time, most of the country is covered using existing 3G technology which is why our BCII and SOHO router products offer the ability to mix and match any 3G and or 4G networks.”
 
Businesses will be able to leverage increased speeds of up to 200 – 500% faster over EVDO revA networks depending on location. This will be possible with the WiMAX device powered BCII and SOHO routers. Businesses need to use and deliver applications such as video conferencing, video surveillance and Voice over IP. With these routers the businesses are able to handle both 3G and 4G seamlessly with advanced speeds, features and also at a reduced cost.
 
3G and 4G Wireless Routing Solutions are developed by Nexaira. Mobile operators, service providers, value added resellers, enterprise customers and original equipment manufacturers are offered speed, reliability and security by these solutions. Cellular solutions from Nexaira provide the advanced management and business class features demanded by the most sophisticated users. They are however simple to install.
