Ascend Integrated Media Announces Alliance with Moblico

Ascend Integrated Media, an Overland Park, Kansas-based media company, reportedly announced that it has signed an agreement with Moblico LLC., a provider of integrated mobile offerings that support and extend customer relationships, in order to provide text messaging and text couponing services on mobile phones for its corporate, non-profit and association custom media clients.
Ascend Integrated Media is offering content communication between its clients and their customers for nearly 27 years. Its suite of fully integrated products and services include print and digital magazines, newspapers, newsletters, membership directories, product buyers’ guides, exhibit guides and maps, hotel door drop services, healthcare study guides, patient care information, event-related web sites and more.
In addition, Ascend is also into development of smartphone and client-specific hand-held device application. It also manages social media account (such as Twitter and Facebook (News - Alert)), as well as offers targeted text and text couponing services, said officials in the release.
By collaborating with Moblico, Ascend has an opportunity to provide clients with a new channel of communication, which enables direct marketing of information through sponsored mobile text messages and mobile coupons.
Under the terms of this partnership agreement, Moblico will be assisting Ascend in providing immediate interaction as well as specialized targeted content delivery to the mobile audience. Ascend will be leveraging Moblico’s mobile couponing technology to provide an additional revenue opportunity for their clients by driving customer traffic, be it to a business, web site or trade show booth.

Officials with Ascend said that this partnership will strengthen the company’s content distribution strategy in support of their diversified client base including association and industry clients in market sectors covering healthcare, gift, fashion, home décor, fishing, automotive, trucking and mining, as well as major charitable organizations and Fortune 500 companies.
Additionally, this partnership will facilitate Ascend to expand its offerings to their varied list of clients, said officials.
