Mobile Personalization - Mobile Personalization: ChannelNet Launches Mobile Financial for On-the-Go Banking

ChannelNet, a provider of solutions in multi-channel customer engagement, has launched Mobile Financial to serve the growing number of financial services organizations that seek to better serve customers on the go, benefiting mobile personalization.

Officials with ChannelNet said that the company’s Mobile Finance allows banking, insurance, and money management firms that sell and service through multiple sales channels, to provide a separate and unique delivery channel for their growing mobile-enabled customers. 

"Our clients want the opportunity to improve the overall customer experience and differentiate themselves by delivering mobile applications that make managing money compatible with mobile lifestyles," said Paula Tompkins, CEO and founder of ChannelNet.

Tompkins said that ChannelNet is well positioned to help the financial services clients extend their brands to mobile devices. 

"ChannelNet's new Mobile Financial offers another way to attract new customers and support the growing expectation of existing online oriented customers. Tompkins said that Mobile, when combined with the company’s robust personalization capabilities, provides a powerful set of tools that enables financial services marketers to optimize customer experience beyond e-commerce.
