Mobile cloud solutions haven’t just been good for individuals who hunger to run even more of their lives from their mobile devices. They have revolutionized industries that rely on traveling service people, such as utilities, telecom companies, transportation and delivery companies and home repair.
Cloud Office Manager (COM), which provides a next generation mobile cloud communication solution designed to help make businesses in the home service sector more successful, launched its new Virtual Service Advisor program during the Manasota Air Conditioning Contractors Association (MACCA) members meeting this week. MACCA is an affiliated chapter of the Florida Refrigeration Air Conditioning Contractors Association.
The company says it designed its service offering based on the principles and best practices used by the automobile service and repair industry. The role of the service advisor is fundamental in how dealerships successfully communicate and collaborate with customers. Unlike the home service industry, automobile technicians seldom deal directly with customers.
Utilizing HD video conferencing tools with the latest mobile 4G LTE devices and network, the home service industry can now utilize a Virtual Service Advisor program. By shifting the role of homeowner communications to the Virtual Service Advisor, not only will the customer experience improve, technicians will be more productive in their system repair roles, said the company.
"Cloud Office Manager's Virtual Service Advisor program (VSA) will fundamentally transform how home service companies engage and collaborate with homeowners," said Scott Wells, founder and CEO of Cloud Office Manager, in a statement announcing the release. "We leverage leading technology companies and their services with proven customer engagement models to reinvent how home service businesses communicate and interface with homeowners,” he added.
