ChatCube Now Offers Free VoIP/Chat Calling for Windows, Mac OS X Users

Chatting online has become a very popular activity on the Internet. It’s a way to communicate with whomever in real time via text and voice, simultaneously. There are those who go to a chat room website, others that enjoy chatting over Skype (a free online VoIP site) and still others who use a free chat app such as ChatCube.

The ChatCube app offers free HD-quality VoIP calling (on 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi networks) and chat anytime, anywhere capabilities. It was previously only for iOS (4.3 or later on iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad) and Android devices (2.2 and up) in 2012 by Goober Networks, and is now available for Windows and Mac OS X as well.

This is beta version 2 of the ChatCube application.

ChatCube provides an all-in-one communication solution. Users can send/receive pictures, videos, voice and text messages. With the app (downloadable here), one has free SMS and MMS, as well as free communication when using ChatCube VoIP.

The app offers high-definition telephony, and enables users to make cheap phone calls worldwide to any landline or mobile phone number, starting as low as $0.01 per minute.

Besides being able to place calls supporting wideband and HD Voice codecs, enabling reliable, clear audio quality to make end-to-end calls, it also has the ability to forward them as well to one or more phone numbers – or even to another ChatCube ID.

In addition, the app features Deluxe Voicemail (appears as a visual mailbox display) for voice messages, an answering machine, and can receive messages when the user is offline. The program also now offers video calling.

Lastly, there is a digital walkie-talkie, Instant Talk, feature built-in that can be used to communicate between ChatCube friends—or any other users with the same app for that matter.

With ChatCube, one can enjoy an easy-to-use way of communicating via VoIP/Chat at an affordable price. It not only helps users save money on chatting, but provides them with an ideal messaging solution all around.
