BoxTone Releases MSM Solution for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync is getting Mobile Service Management, thanks to BoxTone. The new BoxTone for Exchange ActiveSync lets enterprise IT and MSPs monitor and support their Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync environments proactively, gaining control, support and reliability for their mobile deployments.

As Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync is among the most commonly used enterprise mobile messaging platforms, if any additional support is needed, this would be it. Organizations are constantly rushing to scale their mobile deployments, putting MSPs and IT providers in a tough position of dealing with the constant new issues and challenges presented by the change.

Thus, BoxTone’s MSM solution for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync is a well-needed addition, providing mobile performance monitoring in real time, as well as proactive alerting and automated support diagnostics.

There are three critical capabilities offered by BoxTone for Exchange ActiveSync. Along with the performance monitoring, it includes dashboards, consoles and reports for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync operations teams, ensuring constant support, and consoles for service desk teams – helping provide first call resolution with help from automated diagnostics, an expert knowledgebase, and “click-to-fix” actions.
