Blackberry’s Global Achievement Award was recently handed out to e-Cycle, a provider of wireless buyback, recycling services, for its commitment to "Making the World a Better Place," at the 2013 Blackberry Live event in Orlando, Florida.

e-Cycle has a simple mandate: offer enterprises a way to retire millions of mobile devices responsibly, by protecting data security, preserving the environment, and generating buyback revenue.
A recipient of e-Stewards certification, e-Cycle is on the frontline of ensuring that harmful, toxic chemicals from mobile devices are not sent to landfills but are instead recycled safely, which in addition reduces unnecessary carbon emissions and energy waste by reusing used mobile devices.
e-Cycle provides wireless buyback, recycling and data deletion services for a range of customers, mostly focusing on enterprises and government wireless recycling solutions, the company launched a user-friendly online buyback tool, where individuals can sell and recycle their used mobile devices for reuse.
e-Cycle was chosen from among hundreds of businesses worldwide, receiving the most votes in an online balloting conducted by BlackBerry.
