NTT Resonant Launches Cloud-based Mobile Testing Service

Mobile technology has made rapid strides in the recent past. This has led companies around the world to create many kinds of mobile hardware, operating systems and software to give users a superior user-experience. Many companies are creating developer kits as well to make it easy for developers to integrate features with their existing software.

One such company is NTT Resonant, which offers cloud-based mobile testing platforms with one of the fastest image transfer services in the world. The image transfer feature was available only for Android users until recently, when the company extended it to iOS users as well.

The key functions of this platform are input via a keyboard, better control over window size and transmission quality, screen input with a mouse, easy screen capture and ability to rotate the screen with relative ease. Using these functions, iOS users can now have remote access so they can test different applications from anywhere.

It also gives precise verification as users can test the real handsets instead of simulators. The easy integration with the existing testing tools such as Eclipse and superior debugging output like screen shots make this extension a big boon for iOS developers. The process of testing of iPhone 5 is easier than ever before.

Currently, the Testkit is available for U.S. users for half the price, and this promotion will go on until Sept. 1. This is good news for the mobile world, because image transfers through mobile devices have uses across multiple industries. They have even been used to perform critical operations in the medical world to save lives, for example. This is why the latest extension of image transfer to iOS users has brought a lot of cheer among iPhone 5 fans.
