The GameOn Project Launches Smart Locator Application for Mobile Games

Mobile gaming is increasing so fast that it's expanding the traditional video game. These games are becoming an increasingly important component of the global industry. A few years ago, users played games on only PC and TV screen. With growth in the smartphone and tablet markets, the numbers of mobile game users has doubled. Mobile game, a mobile application, shows the increasing range of platforms for the media and entertainment industries.

To make mobile gaming more efficient, and real for users, The GameOn Project has launched its smart locator application for mobile games, featuring an algorithm based on the constantly growing mobile games database and using crowdsourcing technologies.

The GameOn Project's algorithm has been created to provide gamers (mobile game players) with customized game recommendations.

Today’s mobile gaming market is flooded with thousands of games. There is no way for them to be exposed to all the available games, let alone find games that appeal to them. This results in many good games not reaching their target audiences, and both the users and the developers lose. The GameOn Project offers a win-win solution for both gamers and mobile game developers.

Lior Gazit, CEO of The GameOn Project, said in a statement, “The mobile games market presents a challenge – on the one hand, games that do not reach their target audiences effectively, and on the other hand, users who are not able to locate games they may be interested in and are therefore left to rely on promoted products only. Our smart agent is the solution to bridging the gap between both sides.”

Lior Gazit noted at the launching event, "While Google Play and App Store are overflowing with new games. We have identified the challenges and created a solution for users faced with an abundance of choices for games."
