PNMsoft Named Visionary on Gartner's Magic Quadrant

PNMsoft, a global provider of Intelligent BPM Software (iBPMS) solutions, has been named as a Visionary on Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Intelligent Business Process Management (iBPM) Suites.

PNMsoft’s iBPM technologies include Sequence HotChange and HotOperations. These products offer the ability to provide users with the knowledge to make operational changes to the allocation and prioritization of cases, processes or resources at run-time. The workflow capabilities of the programs enable work optimization and give their customers access to run-time decision support and is based on real-time data for KPIs, combined with impact analysis on running operations.

Previously this year, the company partnered with Genpact, global leader in digitally-powered business process management and services.

Genpact’s solutions incorporate the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) engines, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to completely automate exception management and transform business processes, creating disruptive outcomes for clients.

Gartner publishes their annual report in August, which provides a qualitative analysis into the iBPM market and its direction, maturity and vendor participants. To be deemed a Gartner Visionary, a company must meet certain criteria for inclusion, which is based on completeness of vision and the ability to execute. This also includes market understanding, marketing and sales strategy/execution, offering/product strategy and execution. Gartner also looks at a company’s business model, viability, vertical/industry and geographic alignment, innovation, market responsiveness, and their customer experience and overall track record.

By naming PNMsoft as a Visionary, Gartner has assisted Genpact and PNMsoft with bringing attention to their partnership, which will bring a new era of how people look at the Intelligent BPM software solutions are approached.
