Syniverse Establishes Adobe Partnership

Mobile connectivity services company Syniverse has revealed a new strategic partnership with Adobe, and has been included as a member of the Exchange Partner Program as an Accelerate Partner.

As a result of this new business relationship,  Adobe Experience Cloud customers can now take full advantage of Syniverse CPaaS Concierge, which includes a number of identity and security related tools designed to protect users from growing online threats. Users will also be able to combine digital channels with the support of the Syniverse orchestration engine to improve mobile engagement.

“Syniverse and Adobe place a significant value on helping enterprises deliver exceptional digital journeys. This new collaboration is a perfect match that allows many of the largest enterprises to achieve bottom-line results. Enterprises deploying Syniverse CPaaS Concierge and Adobe Experience Cloud will be able to connect billions of mobile users, apps, and devices. The COVID-19 pandemic has catapulted digital commerce and the relationship between Syniverse and Adobe helps enterprises transform for the digital age.”

Mobile messaging has risen in  popularity among retailers and other customer-centric business sectors, largely due to the simplicity and convenience of its use. This shift in preference means companies must ensure all communications channels must function as effectively as traditional methods, such as phone or email, in order to keep up with customer expectations.

“Mobile messaging and many digital forms of communication have become an integral way for brands to communicate with their customers and employees. We look forward to continuing our work with Syniverse to offer more ways for enterprises to elevate their brands and customer or employee communications.”
