CradlePoint Collaborates with Verizon Wireless to Offer New 4G LTE Wireless Broadband Solutions

CradlePoint, a provider of 4G/3G network router solutions, announced a partnership with Verizon Wireless to provide three new 4G LTE wireless broadband solutions. These can be deployed to realize longer network connectivity and power high-speed access to cloud computing services.

CradlePoint asserted that its products connect people and businesses wirelessly through mobile data networks powered by broadband wireless operators. CradlePoint routers supposedly utilize Verizon Wireless external USB data modem sticks to access the Verizon 4G LTE network.

The solutions the partnership will be offering to businesses are CradlePoint MBR1200, CradlePoint CBA750 and CradlePoint CTR35.

The CradlePoint MBR1200 is a robust 802.11n router with 3G/4G failover capabilities. It is built for home, small business, branch offices, temporary and remote enterprise environments seeking to implement continuous, always-on connectivity. It can now be used to build instant networks using Verizon 4G LTE at branch offices, retail locations or the remote operations which in turn brings down the cost and time usually spent on wired line installations.

The CradlePoint CBA750 3G/4G Mobile Broadband Adapter provides IP Pass-Through capabilities for any device that requires wireless broadband access. The solution is easy to install and handles the connection without configuration and provides enhanced network connectivity with support for USB and ExpressCard modems running on 3G/4G Networks. It can use both wired (DSL/Cable/T1) and wireless (Verizon 4G LTE) data networks in parallel to ensure a seamless connection to the Internet if the primary data connection fails.

And the CradlePoint CTR35 converts wireless broadband into WiFi or Ethernet enabling mobile or remote network operations across a variety of applications, including kiosks, digital signage, temporary offices or mobile workforces.

Officials with CradlePoint noted that when coupling CradlePoint's enterprise-grade solutions with the robust Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network they can offer business customers a proven, secure and reliable solution for enhancing network availability. With mission-critical enterprise applications increasingly moving to the Cloud, these solutions can help businesses to feel secure in that decision.
