OnMobile Global Limited recently announced the acquisition of Livewire Mobile, following which the newly combined entity will emerge as a one-stop shop for extensive Value Added Services catering to the higher end of the mobile subscription market. This acquisition will bring together OnMobile’s esteemed customer base with the top notch clientele of Livewire Mobile, securing them a place with the top six mobile service providers in the North American market.

The acquisition deal allows both OnMobile and Livewire Mobile to leverage their combined synergies to package, manage, aggregate and distribute value added content to enhance the end user experience. The combination of OnMobile and Livewire Mobile enables the telecom providers in the market to leverage on these combined efficiencies to reap profits from solutions over and above the standard data plans.
