TextMaster's LOOP Tool Offers Quick Translation and Proofreading of E-mails

One major downside of the greater use of mobile devices in business is that it's far easier to make typos on a touch device. Add in the fact that text correction and proofreading tools aren't quite as advanced as on desktops and typing errors can become all too common.

While a quick read over of e-mails and texts before sending them out can help cut down on the majority of mistakes, it's impossible to catch everything. Fortunately, eFounders start up TextMaster, only a month after it opened its first physical office in the United States, today released a new tool called LOOP that should help tackle this issue.

LOOP is a proofreading and text translation tool accessible via e-mail, making it compatible with every platform, mobile or otherwise. In other words, users need only send any text that needs to be proofread or translated to a custom e-mail address (it could be something like [email protected], or [email protected]). The text will then be returned either in a different language or without any spelling or grammatical mistakes.

According to TextMaster, this whole process, for both proofreading and translating, takes less than a few minutes in the majority of cases, depending on the complexity of the e-mail and request.

The process relies on the TextMaster platform, which connects to more than 47,000 writing professionals, including authors, translators and proofreaders. As such, LOOP is offered free of charge to current TextMaster subscribers.

For those new to TextMaster, pricing for LOOP starts at less than two cents per word for translations, while proofreading is one cent per word. Potential customer also have the option of buying LOOP services by the bundle — suggested to be the best option for companies.

Best of all, translated or proofread text is offered royalty free, granting TextMaster clients unlimited use of the text in any context.
