CompanionLink Now Supports Direct Synchronization from Outlook to Samsung Galaxy Devices

CompanionLink Software, Inc., a provider of business data synchronization solutions for mobile phones as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and services, recently announced that CompanionLink 7 for Windows 10 can now support synchronization between Outlook desktop apps and Samsung’s Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ phones.

CompanionLink software offers a flexible variety of secure synchronization methods to make it easy for business users to efficiently manage their data. CompanionLink’s DejaOffice for Outlook app is ideal for smartphones and tablets and can be used to automatically synchronize contacts, calendars, tasks and notes with the same internal formats as in Outlook, while integrating seamlessly with Android Native Accounts.

“Your phone should save you time,” commented Wayland Bruns, CTO of CompanionLink Software. “Instead of separate Apps for your business, DejaOffice for Outlook Sync focuses on Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Notes all in one spot with one interface.”

DejaOffice for Outlook is constantly being expanded with new features to maximize Microsoft’s software’s usefulness across devices. Integration of Google Maps allows users to correlate contacts, calendar events and tasks on a map for more effective planning based on location. Presenting this information in a visual format that considers it from a geographic perspective is a vital tool for users that can benefit from literally mapping out their day.

CompanionLink’s software includes powerful desktop and home screen widgets with clearly laid-out calendars to provide at-a-glance information about the user’s daily, weekly and monthly schedules. These widgets can be interacted with directly to further simplify the process of managing appointments, interacting with contacts and completing tasks without needing to actually open an app.

“We take advantage of the large screen size and high resolution to show more information per screen than any other app,” Bruns continued. “Our focus on screen taps, and avoiding slide motions, ensures you can accomplish powerful tasks with the fewest steps.”

DejaOffice is available as an integral part of CompanionLink 7 for Windows 10, which retails for about $50, and features USB, Wi-Fi and Cloud sync options. A single license can be used on up to three computers, a nod to small business users that often juggle multiple devices and can’t afford an array of licenses. For those using Outlook that need an easy option for effectively managing and syncing data, this is one of the best answers available.
