Fiserv Expands Access of its Web Client Center to Smartphones

Fiserv, Inc., a provider of technology solutions for the global financial sector, has expanded the access to its innovative WC3 tool, Web client control center, for smartphones. Customers leveraging the WC3 mobile application will now be able to easily monitor and handle all data pertaining to production and delivery which includes information on job status, handling of special requests, volumes, and usage of inventory as well as mailing dates. All of these tasks can now be performed by the customers over their smartphones.

The WC3 tool from Fiserv has been designed as a Web-based solution which makes it possible for the company's customers to create document messages at individual levels and easily manage document content as well as keep a track on production status for items such as statements, credit, debit and prepaid cards as well as EOBs.

“Clients appreciate being able to get immediate updates on the production of their customer communications– even when out of the office,” Jorge Diaz, president, Output Solutions, Fiserv, said. “With the mobile app, clients don’t have to fire up their laptop computers to check an order, they simply log onto WC3 from their phones. We’ve taken the user experience to the next level.”

The new WC3 mobile application has been designed to be compatible with leading smartphones such as iPhone and iPad, Blackberry Torch, Android and Windows Phone. Mobile access which is delivered via a secure URL ensures complete compatibility. A mobile application comes together with the desktop of the client which means any changes made while leveraging one access tool will be mirrored on the other tools.

Users also have the option of categorizing files and actions as "favorites." Clients using the WC3 mobile app will be able to stay connected and manage projects from their smartphones easily.
