WirelessLogix and ZyXEL Certify WiMAX Device Compatibility

WirelessLogix, announced the completion of interoperability testing between its WiMAX data collection solutions and the ZyXEL MAX-100 aircard by WirelessLogix and ZyXEL Communications.
 
This new 802.16e device integration will enable WiMAX engineers to perform network tests using ZyXEL devices and the WirelessLogix' real-time data collection (XCAL-X) and analysis tool (XCAP-X).
 
Network engineers can also collect PHY RF and MAC metrics from the ZyXEL WiMAX devices to optimize network deployment and system performance. Collected data can then be post processed and analyzed using WirelessLogix XCAP-X software platform for in-depth troubleshooting and detailed analysis.

ZyXEL's customers include Sprint, Time Warner, Charter, Earthlink, Chunghwa Telecom, Deutsche Telekom, France Telecom, Telefónica Brazil, Telia and Verizon.
